Frequently asked questions
Everything about coverage, billing, the API, and the reseller program. Can't find what you need, reach out after signing in.
Getting started
Create an account, and once it's reviewed and approved, top up your balance by bank transfer. From there you can send from the dashboard immediately, or generate an API token and send from your own code.
OTPs and login codes, delivery and order alerts, appointment reminders, and promotional or marketing campaigns: the same platform and the same balance handle all of them, whether sent one at a time or to a full contact group.
There's no blanket free-credit trial. New accounts go through a short admin review (including KYC where required) before they can send, which keeps the platform's delivery reputation clean for every sender on it.
Billing & credit
By real SMS segments, matching how every operator bills upstream. A single GSM-7 message fits in 160 characters, or 70 for Unicode/Devanagari. Once a message needs more than one segment, every segment is billed at 153 characters (GSM-7) or 67 characters (Unicode), a 300-character English message is 2 segments, not 1, because it crosses that first threshold.
Top up by bank transfer. An admin reviews and approves each top-up, and your balance updates the moment it's approved, no separate withdrawal or settlement step.
Coverage & delivery
Both Nepali mobile operators, NTC and Ncell, from a single API and a single balance. There's nothing to configure per operator; routing happens automatically.
Yes. Unicode messages are fully supported alongside plain GSM-7 English text, and each is billed at its own real segment rate; see the next question.
Yes, schedule a campaign up to 90 days out, and cancel it any time before it fires. Anything that fails to send, whether it's a scheduled campaign or an immediate one, is refunded back to your balance automatically.
Developers
Yes, a REST API with Idempotency-Key support so retries never double-send, per-token rate limits, and HMAC-signed webhooks for delivery events, so you don't have to poll for status.
Each token can be locked to specific domains, IP addresses, and sender IDs, so a leaked token from one integration can't be reused to send under a different identity.
Yes, personalized (dynamic) sends let you attach a different message to each recipient in a single campaign, with the same delivery tracking and per-recipient billing as a standard bulk send.
Resellers & security
Yes, through the reseller program, your own logo and branding, your own client list, your own credit pool, and a commission rate you set yourself.
Onboarding is KYC-verified, gateway credentials are stored encrypted, API tokens are PIN-gated before they're ever shown in full, and every admin action against your account is written to an audit trail.
